My latest Real Deal column for Pets + magazine is out, and as usual, it was a lot of fun reading the real pet pro’s responses to the fictitious business problem.
This time around I explored who’s at fault when a pet business owner receives confliction information from her clients and her newly hired pet sitter.
The story: The client came home early and their house is a mess – the pet sitter claims she has nothing to do with it. Who should she believe? And who’s actually at fault legally speaking?
